The colors, although soft in tone, are saturated and pretty. I could see this hung on the wall as well, you would just need to secure a way to hang it. The design has a William Morris, art deco or nouveau feel to me. It’s also soft and I can imagine would feel good on a bare foot. There is one small circle that might be a stain. There is some light pulling. If you got this cleaned professionally it would likely look almost new. I did not clean it. It looks nice as is. Please see pictures for condition detail.
