The cleaned wool is spun into the yarns by using a traditional spinning wheel. Whether it’s wool, silk or cotton it all starts with the material selection. Before the yarn is dyed, it is first washed.
This rug has never been used, it was bought and stored in a clean finished basement on a shelf in a huge garbage bag. It was purchased from Marshall fields furniture for $1100. It ended up being too big for my bathroom and I missed the return date. It is absolutely gorgeous. I forgot I had it. It is very heavy, it’s clean, it’s a stunner. Pet free & smoke free home.
